Congratulations to Roy Gerondaes in attaining 7th Dan, pictured with Hanshi Mick Randall MBE 10th Dan at a celebratory meal. Roy started training with Hanshi Randall 39 years ago at the Islington School of Karate (also known as Sobell Club) and continues to train regularly and teach at the North London Club.
