SHOTO has the great honour of posthumously awarding Hanshi Randall MBE his 10th Dan in Shotokan Karate-do.
Having dedicated his life to practicing and teaching karate, and having received an MBE in 2003 from Her Majesty the Queen in recognition, he was widely acknowledged as Kanazawa Hanshi’s top student. An inspiration to thousands of students, his teachings are much missed, but his legacy continues.
